OPTIMIZING OF PREVENTIVE AND TREATMENT MEASURES FOR PREGNANT WOMEN WITH HIGH RISK OF PLACENTAL DYSFUNCTION

The article presents the topicality of placental dysfunction problem in obstetric and perinatal pathology. High rate of fetal and neonatal pathology caused by placental dysfunction is the fact that demands for further research of its forming mechanisms as well as development and improvement preventive and treatment strategies. Our results denote the need of placental dysfunction prevention in pregnant women with urinary tract infection. The diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection during pregnancy can be considered as a background for uncomplicated pregnancy and favorable neonatal outcomes.
