The article presents data evaluation of treatment chronic endometritis in women with infertility. The study involved ЗО patients with endometrial pathology. All women held ultrasound scan, hysteroscopy, endometrial histological examination. It is proved that the integrated approach to the treatment of CE allows to improve treatment of chronic inflammation of the endometrium
