The results of the study of cellular and humoral immunity of women with threatened abortion and miscarriage in early terms are presented. Established that complications during pregnancy is associated with an increase in the number of cells with killer activity of (CD 56+). Identified changes in specific and nonspecific factors of systemic immunity in women with threatened abortion and miscarriage in early terms indicate the presence of chronic inflammation, as one of the pathogenesis link of early pregnancy loss.
