DYNAMICS OF METABOLIC ABNORMALITIES AFTER HYSTERECTOMY IN PERIMENOPAUSAL PERIOD.

Hysterectomy as a method of surgical treatment of gynecological diseases, removes the tumoral proliferative processes of the genital organs, but causes surgical menopause and, mostly, overtime deepens diencephalic disorders, hormonal imbalances, especially against the background of previous metabolic disorders. The study showed a negative dynamics of metabolic changes in women?s premenopausal age after hysterectomy without pathogenetic therapy, psycho-emotional, hormonal, endocrine disorders deepings during the first two years, more expressed in patients with predictors of metabolic disorders.
