Varicose veins (VV) of pregnant women is an urgent problem of modern obstetrics . VVof the lower limbs is often called «the disease with a woman's face." The basis for this determination is the frequency of disease. Among adults CVI is diagnosed in 30-50 %, the male to female ratio is 1:4. Among pregnant women and women in labour the VV is found in 30-56,6 % of women with a frequency of thrombotic complications of 0.99 % -10 %. The fact, that pregnant women are at the highest risk of CVI can be explained by the simultaneous action of several factors, each of which, even by itself, can cause negative impact on the venous system [1,2,3]. Varicose veins (VV) is the most common diseases of the venous system. According to the literature , it occurs in 20 - 40 %of pregnant women and in this regard it takes quite a significant part of extragenital pathology during pregnancy. Formation of the disease is determined by the impact of favorable triggers . Not the least role in increasing the risk of varicose veins among women of reproductive age plays the obesity, which is a proven factor. The main triggering factor of varicose veins among women is the pregnancy. The increasing of the term of pregnancy leads to hemodynamic changes which result in increased blood volume (CBV), increased blood flow in the vessels of the lower limbs and this is the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of varicose veins. The leading role in the pathogenesis of complications of varicose veins belongs primarily to pathology of hemostasis.
