The article presents a comparative description of the impact of inhaled xenobiotics and receipt of food by the body for thyroid function in children living in iodine deficiency polluted areas of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. It is established that ekopatolohiya flowed involving various body systems and had polisystemnyy character. During the analysis of thyroid function there was revealed the increased need in thyroid hormones in children, that live in polluted areas of iodine deficiency.
