Cyciic vomiting in children often leads to hospitalization and intravenous rehydration therapy conduct. However, the use of antiemetic drugs for traetment of vomiting in children, according to world literature is ambiguous. The paper presents the data of its own trial of domperidone as a suspension in children with disturbance of motor- evacuation function of the stomach in cyclic vomiting syndrome. Evaluation of efficacy was conducted not only by clinical criteria, and used ultrasonographic data of gastric motility. Domperidone has shown good efficacy: vomiting was quickly stopped, and over 5 days there was no sign of aсetonemic crisis in most patients.
