FEATURES OF ACUTE OBSTRUCTIVE BRONCHITIS THERAPY IN CHILDREN.

The issues of the individual approach to the choice of therapy for children bronchial obstruction were examined in the article. The heterogeneity of the group of children with bronchoobstructive syndrome is based on the analysis of clinical and anamnestic data were marked. The efficiency of inhaled nebulized therapy by|32- agonists of obstruction of different severities was estimated. The experience of usage of inhaled corticosteroids in the complex therapy of bronchial obstruction of children with positive allergological history is shown to prevent recurrence of obstructive bronchitis.
