The aim of our study was the use of different doses of vitamin D in the complex treatment and rehabilitation for children with allergies . We examined 53 pediatric patients with allergic diseases - asthma, atopic dermatitis and allergic rhinitis . They have been studied in detail and life history of the disease and determined the level of vitamin D in the blood serum in the winter, after the drug at a dose of vitamin Dand 2,000 IU of vitamin D after high doses of 4000-5000 IU , the latter defined as ionized calcium in the blood . Definition 25 ( OH ) D was performed using електрохемілюмінісцентного method. Assessing vitamin D was carried out according to the classification of MF Holicket al. (2011 .) Asa result, our study found that vitamin D deficiency is present in all examined children (53 patients) with allergic disease that 25 ( OH ) D was determined for the first time in the winter, the average hidroksykaltsyferolu was 22.54 nmol /l. After ingestion of vitamin Data dose of 2000 for 2 months, 21 children of all surveyed children with allergic diseases, the average vitamin D among these patients was 37.57 nmol / l. With the start of spring-summer season of vitamin D in the treatment of allergic diseases and stopped determine 25 (OH ) D was conducted at the end of this period. After this deficit 25 (OH) D in serum of 19 children with allergic diseases , they were assigned to dose cholecalciferol 4000 IU during remission and 5,000 IU in exacerbation of the disease, then the indicator of vitamin D in these children was within 29 , 02 nmol / L - 66.17 nmol / L, which is not the norm, the average was 44.8 nmol / L, ionized calcium in these children did not exceed normal. So IU cholecalciferol dose of 4000-5000 when administered for 2 months , with the deficiency of vitamin D for children with allergies is completely safe and does not cause hypervitaminosis D.
