CLINICAL PECULIARITIES OF CHRONIC RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE COURSE.

The article analyzed the clinical data of chronic rheumatic heart disease course in 78 children aged 8 to17 years. The prevalence of mitral valve lesions was shown. Its failure was determined in 39,7 % of patients. 38,5 % of children had no data on acute rheumatic fever. Cardiac syndrome was dominated in the clinical picture, signs of heart failure were observed in 56,4 % of children.
