Placental hormonal function at syphilis was studied on the ground of determination of progesterone, free estriol and placental lactogene levels in vein blood in 37-38 weeks of pregnancy in treated pregnants. Placental hormonal dysfunction has been discovered on the basis of decrease of progesterone, free estriol and placental lactogene blood concentrations. Decreased free estriol blood level witnesses about disturbed fetal state.
