The article gives the overview of recent data of the problem on the algodysmenorrhea among girls of pubertal age, etiological morphological and constitutional peculiarities of its importance and improring in order to avoid further complications and development of reproductive function in young children. Although a large number of scientific investigation on the problems of the reproductive health of young girls, studies that give the description of the role of systemic reactions of the organism to influence on complex of biomedical, environmental, social and hygienic factors in the development of menstrual dysfunction are limited. The priority is to study the trends in the development of mathematical models that would be predicted for early formation of risk groups and monitor gynecological disorders in young girls.
