It is increasing the amount of multiple pregnancy because of more wide using of reproductive technologies in the last years. Multiple pregnancy takes some part in different factors of risk in miscarriage of pregnancy and in the development of prematurely birth, prevention. methods and treatment of this pathology are not always effective. There is given the analysis of affective using of unloading obstetric of Caesarean section «Junonа» for prophylaxis of miscarriage and prematurely birth at multiple pregnancy.
