The results of sociological study on the awareness and attitude of the organizers of Healthcare, local government representatives, the adult population of the country to the autonomy of healthcare institutions. It is shown a low level of awareness and attitude of the organizers of Healthcare, local government representatives, the adult population of the country to the autonomy of healthcare institutions that can be a real obstacle for these structural changes. It is recommended to conduct a communication program and distinguish the target influence groups and coverage of the impact of decision-makers at all levels of government, health professionals, healthcare policy-makers directly and economic services workers and people.References
