EFFECTIVENESS OF SELECTIVE PREVENTION OF THE IRON DEFICIENCY IN WOMEN THREATENED OF MISCARRIAGE.

There was studied the frequency of anaemia of pregnant women with the threat of interruption of pregnancy. The relationship between obstetrical, gynaecological anamnesis, complications of gestational period, the passing of childbirth and gravity of anemia were analyzed. There was established that the purpose of selective prevention by pregnant with latent deficiency of iron from I trimester of gestation helps to prevent the development of manifested deficiency of iron and to reduce the incidence of complications of the gestational process.
