EFFECT AND INFLUENCE OF EPIDURAL ANASTHESIA DURING PHYSIOLOGICAL DELIVERY.

We have examined and analyzed the history of 60 women with physiological delivery. Depending on the anesthesia they were divided into two groups: the group without anesthesia and the group that have epidural on the first and second stage. The criteria by which determined the impact of epidurals on generic activities: duration of the first and second period in minutes, the number of uterine contractions, level of pain were evaluated by visual analog indicator, the state of a newborn baby carried out by Apgar scale. The use of epidural anasthesia reduces the speed of labor, pain and womens increased indicators by Apgar scale.
