PLACENTAL CIRCULATION FEATURES IN WOMEN WITH FETAL GROWTH RETARDATION.

We analyzed the characteristics of placental circulation in 60 pregnant women with fetal growth retardation. The control group consisted of 25 pregnant women with physiological course. The analysis of Doppler indicators in 60 pregnant women aged 19-27 years in terms of pregnancy 24-28 weeks and 32-36 weeks, who underwent ultrasound screening, growth retardation was diagnosed. Doppler screening was performed in the uterine arteries and umbilical arteries. It was found out that uterine arteryin Doppler has a high predictive value in preclinical stage. By reducing blood flow in these vessels there was estimated the incidence of growth retardation.
