35 patients with pubertal syndrome of dysmenorrhea were studied. The hormonal-metabolic disturbances in girls with the syndrome of dismenorrhea were analyzed. The connection between the stage of hormonal metabolic disturbances in patients with dysmenorrhea, body mass index and the duration of the disease were detected. The menstrual function was assessed and the nature of menstrual disorders in this condition was determined. The role of perinatal factor in dysmenorrhea development was determined.
