The article presents the results of the study of endothelium vasodilation by reactive hyperemia and data on the content of nitric oxide in terms of its stable metabolites (nitrite-, nitrate-anions, LMNT) in the blood plasma of pregnant women with preeclampsia compared to healthy pregnant women who do not have gestational complications. The findings suggest that the presence of endothelial dysfunction in preeclampsia, which is one of the pathogenetic components of the development of this pregnancy complication.
