It was established that in development both in idiopathic oligohydramnios and polyhydramnios an important role had the structural components of decidual membranes and changing osmolarity of mothers blood plasma. Our study proved that 18.0 % of patients with oligohydramnios and 39.0 % in the case of polyhydramnios major factor that contributes to the pathology of amniotic environment was the changе blood plasma of osmolarity.
