PREVENTION OF RECURRENCE OF HIGH GRADE SQUAMOUS INTRAEPITHELIAL LESIONS AFTER SURGERY.

The paper demonstrated data of treatment of outcomes of patients with high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions. The high efficacy of an integrated approach to the treatment of patients with severe lesions of the cervix: is demonstrated the combined use of a cone-shaped excision of the cervix with a drug targeted herbal Epigalin. Treatment planning of the patients with pretumor cervical pathology from the standpoint of etiology - taking into account the presence of HPV, allows to achieve healthy epithelialization of the cervix after surgery as well as to minimize the occurrence of relapses.
