Clinical and genealogical analysis of ЗО adolescent girls with primary oligomenorrhea and 27 girls with a regular menstrual cycle was made. It was found that menstrual dysfunction with relatives of the second and third degree is a risk factor for the development of primary oligomenorrhea in probands.
