ENDOSCOPIC TECHNOLOGY IN THE DIAGNOSTICS OF THE ENDOMETRIAL HYPERPLASIA.

98 patients of reproductive age, suffering from hyperpolymenorrhea or acyclic metrorrhagia, underwent hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy followed by morphologic investigation, which revealed different endometrial pathology. All patients underwent general-clinical examination, the levels of sex hormones and gonadotropins were studied. In diagnostic complex there were also included the transabdominal and transvaginal sonography, endoscopic examination by «Karl Storz» endometrial biopsy followed by histological research materials that received from the uterus. Complex atypical hyperplasia was in 65 (66.3 %) patients, endometrial polyps - 15 (15.3 %), atypical hyperplasia - 11 (11.2 %), different secretion - 5 (5.1 %) and adenocarcinoma in 2 (2.1 %) patients, chronical endometrite that nondiagnostic in 8 (8.2 %). Hysteroscopy makes possible the evaluation of character and severely of endometrial pathology, that is essential for early diagnosis of oncologic diseases and have to be included into the management programme for hyperplastic processes of endometrium.
