Abstract

The Doppler ultrasound research of uterine and ovarian arteries in 32 premenopausal and postmenopausal women with urogenital prolaps and in 11 women of the same age category without urogenital prolaps was carried out. There were found PI declines at premenopausal women with urogenital prolaps by 1.7 times, RI by 1.26 times. In postmenopausal women with urogenital prolaps were found PI and RI declines by 1.2 times. S/D ratio in premenopausal and postmenopausal women with urogenital prolaps was increased compaired to the control group.
