ENDOMETRIAL POLYPS AND INFERTILITY IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE.

The study involved 55 women with infertility and endometrial polyps. It was found that the majority of patients with primary infertility had glandular endometrial polyps associated with ovarian disorders. Moreover, most women with secondary infertility presented with fibro-glandular polyps caused by a large number of intrauterine interventions and genital inflammatory diseases. Complex treatment with endosurgical methods with anti-inflammatory and hormonal therapy improve fertility and increase pregnancy rates in infertile women without other causes of infertility, regardless of histological polyp shapes and sizes.
