The results of the study of the concentration of IL-8 in serum and cervical mucus of pregnant women with uncomplicated pregnancies and premature generic activity are considered in the article. The role of cytokines in the course of preterm birth in different gestational periods, shows a gradual increase in its concentration in cervical preterm birth before 28 weeks gestation.References
