Atopic dermatitis is early and frequent clinical manifestation of atopy in children, genetically caused chronic allergic inflammation of the skin, which is based on immune mechanisms that lead to the damage of all epidermis layers, characterized by typical age morphology of rash from itching eczematous rash to lichenification, with typical localization, flow stages and a tendency to recurrent course.
