Parent antigens due to penetration of amniotic fluid through the skin and gastrointestinal tract may cause its fetal sensitization from 19th week of pregnancy, thus increasing the risk of hypersensitivity type I and II. Improving the quality of nutrition of pregnant women and lactating women, the development of rational approaches to work and rest will reduce the level of sensitization of the fetus, to prevent its formation and reduce the incidence of atopy in children. The discrepancy between the statistics clinics to identify allergic disease and active poll demonstrates the need for improvement of outpatient departments of antenatal clinics for detection of allergic diseases in pregnant women.
