Abstract

Data about rate, aetiology, pathocenesis, diagnostics of perinatal infection in literature are given. Risk factors of intrauterine infection are presented. It has been proved that car ly appeal of high infectious risk pregnant women to modern obstetric centre, proper algorithm of medical examination help to diagnose infectious diseases timely and prognose complications in mother and fetus.
