Galactorrhea is a clinical marker of pituitary dysfunction in neuroendocrine disorders, and deterioration the nature of secretion from the mammary glands are simple and affordable diagnostic criteria overt or hidden (latent) hyperprolactinemia. Supressive effect on the reproductive system has elevated level of biologically active prolactin.
