PREGNANCY AND DELIVERY OF PREGNANT WOMEN WHO HAD COVID-19 DURING PREGNANCY

Цель исследования – изучение течения беременности, осложнений, которые возникают у беременных женщин и внутриутробного плода после перенесенного COVID-19, его влияния на вынашивание беременности, родоразрешение и состояние новорожденного.
Материалы и методы. В статье освещены особенности течения беременности и родов у 142 беременных, перенесших СОВИД-19 при беременности.
Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Доказано негативное влияние перенесенного СОВИД-19 на течение беременности, которое было осложнено фетоплацентарной дисфункцией. С целью коррекции выявленных нарушений разработана комплексная терапия, которая способствовала улучшению маточно-плацентарного кровообращения.
Выводы. Перенесенный COVID-19 в легкой форме у беременных женщин вызывает осложнения течения беременности через патологический кровоток в сосудах малого таза и матки. Своевременная диагностика нарушений внутриутробного состояния плода и назначение антиагрегантной терапии положительно влияют на течение беременности и родов.
