Abstract

Genital endometriosis is one of the most pressing problems in modern gynecology, since this disease significantly affects the quality of life of a woman, reduces her working capacity, leads to infertility. The issue of reproductive health is one of the priority issues and major strategies in modern gynecology and reproductive medicine. The main pathogenetic theories of endometriosis-associated infertility and modern methods of treatment of this group of patients are covered in the article.
