Publication of articles is fee-based. The cost is calculated based on the number of characters in the material; DOI assignment is charged additionally in the amount of 100 UAH. The exact payment amount and bank details for the transfer will be sent after the completion of the article review.
Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
