Abstract

Introduction. Background of atopic dermatitis (AD) is caused by continued growth in the number of such patients. This applies particularly to primary care physicians health care, as patients are first treated to the same family doctor. When blood pressure is a common manifestation of food allergy, accompanied by changes in intestinal microbiota dysbiotic.

Main part. Aim of the study was to identify manifestations of dysbiosis (DB) colon in patients with AD and the influence of the drug "Biosim'ya" on the disease.

Examined and treated 84 patients with AD. All patients underwent bacteriological studies of intestinal microflora, total (KLA) and immunoassay (IA) blood. The 58 individuals found in violation of the colon (PTC). Among them, 67.2% were men and 32.8% women, mean age - 25,3 ± 5,8 years. Such patients on a background of basic treatment administered drug "Biosim'ya" at a dose of 1 bottle twice a day for 1 month.

Clinically, all patients with PTC experienced bloating, abuse stool (diarrhea or constipation), 82.8% of cases - allergic reactions (hay fever, allergy sposterihatyharchova). Research has shown increasing blood levels of eosinophils and IgE, respectively 1.5-2 and 2-3 times. When bacteriological study of feces revealed a significant decrease in the number of normal intestinal microflora. In 55.2% of patients experienced growth of pathogenic microorganisms. 1 week after treatment was decreasing manifestations of AD, associated allergic reactions and intestinal disorders in 82.8% and 17.2% - their disappearance. After 2 weeks are signs disappeared in 72.4%. KLA indicators and EAs they normalized. A month later manifestations of AD and intestinal disorders detected in any patient. It should be noted that after 2 weeks. treatment in patients without AD TAP displays disappeared in 65.4% of subjects.

Conclusion. Therefore, to reduce DB manifestations in patients with AD recommended drug "Biosim'ya."
