late gestosis, metabolic syndrome, endothelial dysfunction, obesity.Abstract
Late gestosis is one of the important problems in modern obstetrics. Despite significant advances in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of preeclampsia, gestosis remains a terrible disease in the second half of pregnancy. At the same time, the number of obstetric complications in pregnant women is also associated with a medical and social problem, such as metabolic syndrome. The study of the role of metabolic syndrome in the pathogenesis of disease development gains increasing importance in all branches of medicine. The main risk factors for the development of metabolic syndrome are: dyslipidemia, obesity, arterial hypertension and hyperglycemia onset. Their occurrence is associated with the influence of the following stress factors: tobacco smoking, unbalanced diet, sedentary lifestyle, and others. However, a significant cohort of scientists supports the hypothesis that the perinatal stage is determined by the risk of metabolic syndrome development.References
