The article describes the bilateral case of constrictive ligamentitis in 3 year-old boy. On the right hand third stage of the disease was established, and on the left – the first stage. Hereditary history was burdened. Father had constrictive ligamentitis of both hands, operated in childhood. Finger movements are fully restored. Surgery was performed on the child’s right hand. Movements of fingers fully recovered. The left hand underwent conservative therapy. Our clinical report is interesting, because of family disease incidence of both hands in father and son. Only operative treatment showed sufficient effect.References
