Analysis results of literature data indicates that the consumption of mineral water (MW) helps to reduce the manifestations of endogenous intoxication, restore the function of the hepatobiliary system and adaptation mechanisms. However, this requires additional research.
The aim of the study – to estimate the dynamics of the psychosomatic state in the children at remission of oncohematological diseases in complex rehabilitation with differentiated administration of drinking hydrotherapy of the native MW Maria.
Materials and Methods. Sanatorium-resort treatment (SRT) was conducted at the children's sanatorium "Dzherelo", Truskavets. Children’s examination algorithm included general clinical examination and laboratory blood tests. In the evaluation of the immunological reactivity of the body, integral hematologic indices were used. To diagnose the psychological state of children, observation, conversations, and psychodiagnostic methods were used.
Results and Discussion. At the end of rehabilitation, when assessing the functional state of children, a decrease from 42.5 % to 19.1 % fatigue complaints, gastroduodenal zone pain and the right upper quadrant pain from 21.3 % to 6.4 %, headache from 19.1 % to 2.1 % took place as well as appetite improvement was observed in 18.8 % of children. After rehabilitation, the positive dynamics was manifested by decrease of bacterial intoxication, e.g. frequency of hypersensitivity reactions of the instantaneous type decreased on 18.2 % and the indicators of bacterial intoxication decreased on 9 %. Under the influence of the complex rehabilitation at the end of SRT, the frequency of non-specific adaptive reactions of the body (NSAR) of a low level increased from 45.4 % to 63.6 %, the frequency of the second degree tension from 45.4 % to 72.7 % while maintaining manifestations of reactions of calm activation in 90.9 % of children.
Conclusions. The comparative characteristics of SRT results obtained with those obtained at another type of children with remission of onchohematological diseases rehabilitation at the sanatorium for children and parents, i.e. family rehabilitation is advisable.
