In conditions of the removal of the gonads in females laboratory rats after 1 month it was noted increased process of cytolysis is accompanied by an increase in serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity in comparison to intact animals. Application of skeletal and cranio-skeletal injury in experimental hypoestrogenic osteoporosis is accompanied by a large cytolytic syndrome in the late period of traumatic disease, than animals without osteoporosis, which manifests a high level of cytolysis processes after 1 and 2 months post-traumatic period.References
