It was investigated the effects of chronic prenatal, postnatal and combined stress on the endocrine glands morphological structure changes of young both sexes rats. There were discovered violations of morphological structure of the thyroid gland, which was most in animals with combined stress. In the adrenal glands most changes were observed in rats-males with chronic postnatal and combined stress compared to rats-females. Damage was greatest in all animals with combined stress: increased activity of zona glomerulosa and decreased in zona fasciculata. In the thymus major changes were in rats-males with prenatal, in rats-females – with combined stress. In genitals were major histological changes in rats of both sexes with combined stress. Detected changes indicate the possible development of chronic inflammation, secondary immunodeficiency.References
