In experiments on white male rats studied the nature of the influence of epichlorohydrin on the processes of cell division in pyloric mucous membrane of the stomach of rats and experimentally justified the use of extract of Echinacea purpurea and thiotriazoline the purpose of correction of emerging changes. Introduction epichlorohydrin reduces the mitotic activity of the cells of the mucous membrane of the stomach pyloric rats. Reduction of mitotic activity is maintained for seven days after cessation of inhalation epichlorohydrin. Extract of Echinacea purpurea and thiotriazoline, when administered to rats, on which are not acted by epichlorohydrin, do not cause changes in mitotic activity of mucosal cells pyloric stomach. The use of the extract of Echinacea purpurea and the use of thiotriazoline on the background of epichlorohydrin inhalation prevents the reduction in mitotic activity caused by epichlorohydrin.References
