Abstract

In experimental condition there was found that postresection arterial pulmonary hypertension leads to the development of cor pulmonale and severe reconstruction planimetric and volume parameters of the heart chambers. It was established that pulmonary heart accompanies widen of the chambers with increasing of their volume characteristic of the right ventricle and atrium. Planimetric and volume parameters of chamber of the pulmonary heart during its decompensation are changed mostly. Reserve volume of the ventricles plays on important role for manifestation of the decompensation.
