Atopic dermatitis (AD) is multifactorial disease. According to modern point of view, atopy is genetically heterogeneous pathology, for development of which is necessary complex of many genetic factors interacting with each other and with environmental factors like add up effect. The real causes of allergic diseases is not finally studied, but well-studied risk factors of their formation, which are divided into endogenous and exogenous.References
