The article reflects the results of clinical studies on the effect of immunomodulator 5-amino-1.2.3.4-tetrahydroftalazin-1.4-dione sodium salt on the outcome of external genital endometriosis’ treatment. Changes in the severity of pain, frequency and duration of relapses, female reproductive function, as well as humoral and cellular links of immunity (CD-3 CD-4 CD-8 CD-16 CD-22 cells) were followed. there were 66 patients with external genital endometriosis who were treated at the Department of Minimally Invasive surgery of ternopil University Hospital and the Department of operative Gynecology of ternopil Regional Clinical Perinatal Center "Mother and a Child". the control group consisted of 36 healthy women with the same age characteristics which were presented in the Department of Minimally Invasive surgery for surgical sterilization. examined patients were divided into two groups. First group consisted of 32 postoperative patients which received hormone therapy with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists (for 3-injection scheme). second group consisted of 34 patients which received immunocorrection with low molecular metabolic immunomodulator 5-amino-1.2.3.4-tetrahydroftalazin-1.4-dione sodium salt on the background of described therapy. Determination of the pain severity, menstrual flow dynamics, frequency and duration of relapses, the reproductive function of women were evaluated for assess treatment outcomes. Humoral and cellular links of immunity (CD-4 CD-16 CD-22 cells) from immunological laboratory methods were used. Patients were examined before and after treatment. Pain and symptoms of the disease were evaluated in points (on a Mac Laverty). Usage of low metabolic immunomodulator 5-amino-1.2.3.4-tetrahydroftalazin-1.4-dione sodium salt during complex treatment of mentioned pathology was proved. It was expressed by reducing complaints of dyspareunia, a clear manifestation of pain reduction, decreasing the frequency of relapses. the drug is indica ted for external genital endometriosis immuncorrection as a complex treatment, including hormone therapy with agonists gonad-releasing hormone and minimally invasive laparoscopic removal of endometrial cells, separation of adhesions. the proposed metabolic immunomodulator composition restore subpopulations of immune cells, mobilizes the reaction of cellular immunity, thus effectively providing immunotropic effect.References
