A comparative analysis of mono- and multifocal highly differentiated thyroid carcinomas. Total were analyzed 2904 patients with thyroid cancer, of which 693 patients with multifocal carcinoma, and 2,211 patients with mono focal carcinoma. The analysis found that patients with multifocal highly differentiated thyroidin carcinoma compared with patients with monofokalnu highly differentiated carcinoma is much less common follicular type of tumor, they often recorded unincapsulated tumor formation in the thyroid gland and multiple primary focus in the thyroid gland, they often relapses were recorded disease, more frequent indication of repeat surgeries.References
