The article is devoted to the choice of feeding vessels during mobilization ileocecal segment foresophageal replacementby flow cytometry DNA. We studied the proliferative activity of the cells of the mucous membrane of the ileocecal segment in the experiment after ligationof ileocolic artery. As a result of the conducted research it is established thaton the first day of the experiment there are ischemic changes in the cells, onthe third day of the experiment there is a tendency to normalization of indicators of a cellular cycle, that is, to reduction of the damaging ischemia factor. But, on the seventh day there is no full adaptation of ileocaecal segment to ischemic changes. Therefore, this arteryshould be preserved in mobilization of the ileocecal segment. Esophageal replacement by ileocecal segment was performed in 13 patients. Partial inefficiency of suturesin twocases were among postoperative complications. Therewasnopostoperative mortality.References
