PSYCHOLOGICAL ACCENTS IN PATIENTS WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME AND OBESITY

The paper reproduced psychological profile of patients with metabolic syndrome and obesity based on a survey of 212 patients on short WHO questionnaire to assess quality of life (WHOQOL - BREF) Eysenck method. It was found that as the progression of obesity progress psycho-emotional deviations severity of violations of the physical condition, reduced quality of life, which is especially demonstrated with severe obesity and requires immediate and effective medical intervention.
