ГІПОПАРАТИРЕОЗ ЯК ОСНОВНЕ УСКЛАДНЕННЯ ПІСЛЯ ОПЕРАЦІЙ НА ЩИТОПОДІБНІЙ ЗАЛОЗІ

Abstract

У світовій медицині питання профілактики гіпопаратиреозу активно вивчаються, постійно розробляються нові методи для діагностики та лікування гіпопаратиреозу. Але аналізуючи дані світової літератури, можна
зробити висновок, що проблема профілактики, діагностики та лікування гіпопаратиреозу в ранньому післяопераційному періоді залишається відкритою. Досі не знайдено оптимальної схеми лікування пацієнтів із післяопераційним гіпопаратиреозом, а ті схеми лікування, що уже запропоновані, носять лише рекомендаційний характер.
