ФАКТОРИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ОСТЕОПЕНІЧНОГО СИНДРОМУ В ЧОЛОВІКІВ, ХВОРИХ НА ХРОНІЧНУ ЛІМФОЇДНУ ЛЕЙКЕМІЮ

У статті викладено огляд літератури стосовно поширеності вторинного остеопорозу при хронічній лімфоїдній лейкемії. Вивчено стан мінеральної щільності кісткової тканини поперекового відділу хребта на основі даних двофотонної денситометрії, особливості фосфорно-кальцієвого обміну та фактори ризику виникнення остеопенічного синдрому в чоловіків, хворих на хронічну лімфоїдну лейкемію у двох вікових категоріях – до і після 60 років. Встановлено негативний вплив на стан кісткової тканини як самого лімфопроліферативного захворювання, так і протипухлинної терапії, що включає режими з доксорубіцином.
