У статті наведено результати гістероскопічної метропластики у 34 пацієнток із неповною внутрішньоматковою перегородкою та невиношуванням вагітності в анамнезі. Представлені дані вказують на високу ефективність гістероскопічної корекції вади розвитку матки, що веде до збільшення частоти виношування вагітності.
