ГІПОТИРЕОЗ І СЕРЦЕВИЙ РИТМ

У дослідах на білих статевонезрілих щурах показано, що головним патогенетичним механізмом розвитку синусної брадикардії при гіпотиреозі є активація вагусних впливів на синоатріальний вузол за рахунок вищої здатності гіпотиреоїдного серця синтезувати ацетилхолін і акумулювати його у пресинаптичних везикулах.
